Marein通过减少对线粒体功能的损害和AMPK信号通路的激活而具有神经保护作用。Marein通过CaMKK/AMPK/GLUT1促进葡萄糖摄取，通过IRS/Akt/GSK-3β增加糖原合成，并通过Akt/FoxO1减少糖异生，从而改善HepG2细胞中高葡萄糖诱导的胰岛素抵抗。Marein是一种HDAC抑制剂，IC50为100µM。Marein具有有益的抗氧化，降压，降血脂和抗糖尿病作用。

生物活性

Marein has the neuroprotective effect due to a reduction of damage to mitochondria function ａnd activation of the AMPK signal pathway.Marein improves insulin resistance induced by high glucose in HepG2 cells through CaMKK/AMPK/GLUT1 to promote glucose uptake,through IRS/Akt/GSK-3βto increase glycogen synthesis,and through Akt/FoxO1 to decrease gluconeogenesis.Marein is a HDAC inhibitor with an IC50 of 100µM.Marein has beneficial antioxidative,antihypertensive,antihyperlipidemic ａnd antidiabetic effects
